My only warning to people drinking it for the first time is that it does have caffeine and therefore is acidic. I’ve had a cup of green tea after drinking my morning coffee and let me tell you, it HURT. I thought I was going to throw up. Another newbie mistake I made was drinking green tea in the evening, thinking it would relax me/help me be zen and whatnot. Instead I stayed awake until an hour BEFORE sunrise. Make sure you check the caffeine content before you drink.

I didn’t realize bananas weren’t the best source of potassium. This is blowing my mind right now. Good thing I eat a lot of sweet potato. And I drink coconut water almost every day. I find that potassium really alleviates my cramps, so I make it a point to consume lots of potassium rich food on a regular basis.

In my experience, it works best when you only take it when you absolutely need to.
